We were having trouble with our 3-week old not feeding enough and we needed a good baby scale to track his progress and be able to do weigh-feed-weigh. This scale does the job very well and we have no complaints. Consecutive readings are always consistent.

This scale is perfect for our needs. We want to track our 3-month-old son's weight gain and this scale does just that! I will admit we put a 5 lb. weight on it just to check for accuracy and it was off by .4, but it's not a big deal because we just take that into consideration when weighing our son. A bonus is that it can also be used for our 2 1/2 year old daughter, too! Great purchase, great price! Thanks, Amazon!
Reassures parents on baby's weight February 7, 2010

I bought this item for daughter to have peace of mind while nursing her newborn. She was concerned about how much the baby was getting. Being a nurse I looked at the different scales and this one seemed right for the price and it's features.The only drawback is that it only weighs in 0.5 pound increments not 0.25. It definitely helps to be able to weigh the baby at home and the scale grows as the child does by turning into the toddler scale. This would be a great gift for expecting parents.
