The product is good, giving a warm feeling underneath you. It has only 5 settings, but that's enough for most people. Originally, when I put it on the bed, following the instructions, I found the controls were switched. This was because the controller with the label was the wrong one. Obviously switched at the factory. Once I switched the controllers, everything was fine. WE especially like it better than our old blanket, because it would wait for you to get in to start. This one warms the bed right away. I look forward to it next Winter(bought it in spring).

My wife and I both enjoy this heated matress pad. This allows the sheets to be warm when we get in bed regardless of the room temperature. We have one on our bed in our home and bought this one for our weekend home at the beach. It has dual controls so each of us can select the desired temperature. We leave it on the bed year round and it is washable which is a nice feature.

I owned one of these for five years and I loved it. I bought one for my grandmother and directed my dad to this website so he could get one for my mother. I recommended it to a friend whose mother had arthritis. When my old mattress pad died I immediately jumped online and purchased another just like the one I had. The new one worked for a couple weeks and then it died, I wasn't too bothered, mistakes happen. So I called the company hoping to get a replacement. I had to leave a message and was told to expect to receive a call back in THREE to FOUR days. When the only customer service rep did finally return my call she was exceedingly rude. She promised to email me a shipping label and when it didn't arrive and I called and had to wait yet another THREE to FOUR days for her to call me back she then tried to tell me it was my fault she messed up. That was weeks ago and I still haven't received a new mattress pad. Now, I just hope no one I recommended this to has the same trouble because I feel like I would owe them an apology for steering them to this headache. She did a very effective job of turning a loyal customer away for good.
